Fees paid for courses, workshops, or training programs cannot be refunded under any circumstances after enrollment, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion status. This policy helps us maintain consistency and fairness for all enrolled students.

In the case of a duplicate payment made by mistake or course cancellation by Vidya Sarthi, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after proper verification and within a reasonable time frame.
