Course fees may vary based on program structure, duration, and mode of learning. Fee payment options include easy EMI plans ranging from 3 to 12 months, as discussed during admission.

Admission to any course is confirmed only after successful payment of the required course fee or the agreed initial installment.
Students must ensure that all information shared during registration is accurate and complete. Vidya Sarthi reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if incorrect or misleading details are provided.

5. Student Conduct
All students are expected to maintain professionalism and discipline during training sessions.
In case of inappropriate behavior, misuse of resources, plagiarism, or violation of classroom guidelines, Vidya Sarthi may take necessary action, including termination of enrollment without any refund.
6. Use of Course Content
All study material, videos, tools, resources, and content shared during the course remain the exclusive property of Vidya Sarthi.
Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, resell, or use any part of the course material for commercial or public purposes without prior written approval.
Any sub-domain provided as part of the training will remain active for one year from the date of admission. Continued use beyond this period will require an annual renewal fee of ₹999.
7. Course Certification
A course completion certificate will be issued only to students who successfully complete the training and meet the required attendance and assignment criteria as defined by the institute.
8. Limitation of Responsibility
Vidya Sarthi shall not be held responsible for interruptions or delays caused by technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party platforms used for online sessions.
While career guidance or placement assistance may be offered, job placement is not guaranteed. Students who fail to submit assignments on time or do not meet quality standards may not be considered for placement support.
